Indian Pharmaceutical Association -Students’ Forum (IPA-SF) is the student division of the IPA, founded in 2008 under the mentorship of IPA-Education Division, which aims at fostering escalation of pharmacist’s portrayal within the country and abroad, so as to encourage pharmacy students amongst the country and upraise recognition and team spirit.

IPA-SF aims to bring all pharmacy students under one umbrella so that their energies can be synergized to make a difference. This will enable them to become better future pharmacists, while abiding with the highest ethical and professional standards. This will be catalyzing their overall development, honing their academic, leadership and professional skills for their benefit in turn the profession and thus the health of INDIA.

 

AIMS & OBJECTIVES OF IPA-SF

To serve as a platform for all the pharmacy students in India, to come together and explore their absolute potential.
To contribute in improving the status of Pharmacy profession.
To represent students' views on pharmacy curriculum.
To contribute towards improving health care in India.
To fuel the potential of recent graduates and young pharmacists, as enthusiastic agents of professional and social change.
To promote leadership amongst members while abiding the highest professional and ethical standards.
To promote social and professional contact amongst young pharmacist fostering intercultural competence and professional development.
To participate in pharmacy policy development in a pro-active way.
To establish, maintain and expand a national and worldwide network of Pharmacy students.
To give the students an exposure to international pharmacy scenario..

Make a move and speak to your principal/management about your interest to join IPA-SF by starting an IPA-SF Student Chapter at your college.
Become a Student/ Student Life member of IPA and the avail complimentary copy of Pharma Times every month, Subsidized registration in IPC, all IPA conventions, conferences and congresses and right to stand for elections– IPA-SF Student Chapter/IPA-SF National Council. Gather students’ with enough zeal and interest to work for IPA-SF Student Chapter.
Write to us at chairperson.ipasf@gmail.com and secretary.ipasf@gmail.com to start IPA-SF Student Chapter.
We will send you the guidelines to be followed to start a IPA-SF Student Chapter.
Form a council by following the guidelines.
